Al-Hawila trading group commenced its activities in the beginning of the year 1968G. by starting architectural contracting works. In the same year, it established the first fuel station including other services. The group studied several projects till it decided to establish automatic bakeries in the beginning of 1979G at a high production capacity which should also be fully automatic. The group executed this project through a Japanese company. Then the group established many projects such as ice factories, plastic factory, and Ni’ma water factory, as well as, it established bakeries in Qassim region: in Buraydah City and an ice factory in Buraydah City,  In addition to fuel stations together with the services which the group is always keen to establish for serving the citizens.
